Waqar Ahmed Bajwa, President of IHRM Europe, raises concerns over the crisis in Palestine, emphasizing the need for urgent international action to prevent further bloodshed and loss of lives.

The President of the International Human Rights Movement (IHRM) Europe, Waqar Ahmed Bajwa, has expressed deep concern over the ongoing crisis in Palestine. He highlighted the tragic situation faced by the Palestinian people, emphasizing their deprivation of freedom and basic rights. Bajwa pointed out the alarming number of casualties, with approximately 40,000 Palestinian civilians and infants losing their lives in just four months.

Despite the continuous loss of lives in Palestine, Bajwa criticized the lack of global awareness and action. He lamented the fact that while Muslims around the world prepare to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, the Palestinian population will be mourning the loss of their loved ones. Bajwa drew attention to the resilience of Palestinian mothers, who will spend the festive period grieving for their children.

Calling for urgent intervention from international bodies, Bajwa stressed the need for immediate action to prevent further bloodshed in Gaza. He urged Muslim leaders to stand up against the ongoing genocide in Palestine, warning that history will not forgive their inaction.

In response to the crisis, the International Human Rights Movement Europe has decided to observe Eid-ul-Fitr in a simple manner, in solidarity with the suffering Palestinian Muslims.
