Train of Glamour unveils Silk Road Express luxury train

Train of Glamour has introduced its newest luxury train, the Silk Road Express, scheduled to launch on July 6th. This addition to the cultural railway tourism brand promises a one-of-a-kind experience for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and history.

The Silk Road Express is China's first tourism train built to international standards, combining oriental aesthetics with Silk Road culture. Passengers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty and rich history of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop.

Designed by the prestigious HBA design company and painted by the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, the train boasts luxurious features. It includes a five-star hotel-style boarding lobby, spacious landscape windows, and exquisite interior decor showcasing both domestic and foreign artworks and antique treasures.

With a total of 15 carriages offering private cabins, lounge cars, dining cars, and multifunctional entertainment carriages, the Silk Road Express provides a variety of amenities. A team of vacation ambassadors and professional train stewards ensures top-notch service, while onboard photographers capture memorable moments for passengers.

Travelers can embark on a 5-day, 4-night journey exploring the desert, gobi, and salt lakes, with stops at iconic destinations like Dunhuang and the Kumbum Monastery. For a more extended adventure, a 9-day, 8-night itinerary combines train travel with private car excursions along the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, offering a deeper exploration of the region.
