Tunisian PM Hachani Urges Investment in Economic Zones

Tunisian Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani has called for increased investment in economic zones to drive the country's economic growth and sustainable development. During a recent cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Hachani emphasized the importance of attracting both Tunisian and foreign economic operators to invest in the Zarzis and Bizerte economic zones.

The Zarzis economic zone is situated in the southeast coast city of Zarzis, while the Bizerte economic zone is located in the north coast city of Bizerte, approximately 75 km from Tunis. Discussions at the meeting revolved around the issue of royalties for utilizing these economic zones, highlighting the government's commitment to creating a conducive environment for business and investment.

Prime Minister Hachani urged all stakeholders to work together to enhance the business landscape by encouraging investments across various sectors. By promoting investment in economic zones, Tunisia aims to stimulate economic activity, attract capital, and foster sustainable development in the country.
