The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Peshawar's Inland Revenue Enforcement Network (IREN) team seized 1,869 packets of non-duty cigarettes worth Rs 162.6 million in a raid at a warehouse in Yar Hussain, Swabi. FBR Chairman and Member Inland Revenue commended the swift action, highlighting the commitment to combat tax evasion and illegal trade practices through collaboration between law enforcement agencies and tax authorities.

The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Peshawar Inland Revenue Enforcement Network (IREN) team made a significant breakthrough by seizing 1,869 packets of non-duty/non-TTS cigarettes worth approximately Rs 162.6 million. Chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana, and Member Inland Revenue (Operations), Mir Badshah Khan Wazir, praised the RTO Peshawar for their swift and effective action.
