The Federal Directorate of Education announces results for 5th and 8th-grade exams, highlighting top performers and institutions. Congratulations to all successful candidates!

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has recently released the results of the 5th and 8th centralized examinations for the academic year 2023-24. A total of 25,101 students, both male and female, appeared for the 5th-grade exam. The results indicated that 9,599 male students and 11,598 female students passed the exam, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 84.5%. Moving on to the 8th-grade exam, 19,693 students participated, with a pass percentage of 87.25%. Among them, 15,934 male students and 21,473 female students successfully cleared the exam.

In the 5th-grade exam, Haiqa Karim from Islamabad Model School G-8/2 secured the first position with 587 marks, followed by Mashal Fatima, Aina Munahal, and Ayesha Iman in the second position with 586 marks each. Zainab from G-10/2 Model College clinched the third position with 585 marks. For the 8th-grade exam, Maryam Shafi from CDA Model School topped the list with 679 marks, while Hamdan Shamsher from I-8/3 Model College and Aleema Tahira Noor secured the second and third positions with 675 and 673 marks, respectively.

On the girls' side, Islam College for Girls and I-10/4 Girls' College stood first and second in the 5th-grade exam, respectively. In the 8th-grade exam, ICG and Islamabad Model School F-7 secured the top positions for girls, while G-9/4 Model College and F-8/4 Model College led the way for boys.

The results reflect the hard work and dedication of the students and the quality of education provided by the institutions. Congratulations to all the successful candidates for their achievements in the centralized examinations.
