The National Productivity Organization (NPO) is set to conduct a workshop titled 'Mastering Talent Acquisition: Strategies for Success' on April 30th. Talent acquisition is the process of identifying and acquiring skilled workers to fulfill organizational needs. The NPO team is tasked with identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates for open positions within companies, as per an NPO document released on Sunday.
The workshop aims to delve into various aspects of talent acquisition, including understanding talent requirements, developing strong employer branding, implementing effective sourcing strategies, candidate screening and assessment, enhancing candidate experience and engagement, and evaluating and enhancing talent acquisition outcomes. The webinar is tailored for senior management, middle management, team leaders, engineers, project managers, and supervisors.
