The President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, recently extended the organization's backing to the Traders Welfare Association of G-11 Markaz to address the concerns of its members. Bakhtawari highlighted the significance of corporate social responsibility by inaugurating a filtration plant at the Markaz and pledged to organize medical camps for traders and the public. He shared his vision for the business community in Islamabad to have essential facilities such as a hospital, school, university, and even an airport. Additionally, Bakhtawari committed to resolving issues with the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Police, and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), focusing on improving street lighting and installing CCTV cameras for enhanced security.

The President of the Traders Welfare Association, Naeem Akhtar Awan, expressed gratitude towards Bakhtawari for the filtration plant and assured continued support from the traders.
