Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Takes Legal Action Against Election Harassment

In a recent development, former Chief Minister of Punjab and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has taken legal action by approaching the Lahore High Court (LHC) regarding the alleged harassment of polling agents and voters during the by-elections. The petition filed by Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi names the Election Commission, Gujrat police, and others as parties involved in the case.
