CM Maryam Nawaz's Motorcade Involved in Fatal Accident

On Thursday, a tragic incident occurred in Narowal as a speeding vehicle from Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's motorcade allegedly struck and killed a motorcyclist at the Chandowal Stop on Shakargarh Road. The CM was en route to Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur to partake in the Baisakhi festival celebrations.

The victim, identified as 23-year-old Abubakar from Jassar town, lost his life in the collision. Shockingly, despite the accident, the CM's motorcade did not stop to assist the injured Abubakar, who died at the scene. The family of the deceased expressed anguish over the lack of immediate help and called for justice.
