Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chiniot, Muhammad Asif Raza, has taken a proactive stance in combating the threat of dengue fever in the district. In a recent meeting of the District Emergency Response Committee for Anti-Dengue, DC Raza emphasized the urgency of ramping up efforts to prevent the spread of the disease.

During the meeting, it was made clear that any fraudulent activities related to dengue prevention would not be tolerated. The directive issued by DC Raza included the regular inspection of various locations prone to dengue breeding, such as parks, nurseries, construction sites, and event venues.
