Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui's Education Vision Unveiled

The Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, recently highlighted the pivotal role of education in shaping a nation's future. He stressed the importance of education in propelling Pakistan towards progress and prosperity, moving from a state of emergency to a state of emergence.

Dr. Siddiqui, in a meeting at the Regional Office of Higher Education Commission (HEC) focusing on educational campus establishment in Sindh, emphasized the necessity of digitization nationwide. He reiterated the government's dedication to uplifting all regions, including villages and slums, towards prosperity.

In a notable move, the minister announced a partnership with Huawei to educate two hundred thousand students, aiming to enhance educational opportunities in the country. Regarding the 18th Amendment, Dr. Siddiqui pointed out the unintended consequences of power accumulation despite the amendment's original intent of power devolution. He indicated the government's plan to address the GST matter related to education in the National Assembly.
