Kohat Police Nabs Leader of Armed Gang

In a significant development, the Kohat Police successfully apprehended the leader of a dangerous armed gang in a recent operation. The arrest took place following a raid conducted by Station House Officer (SHO) Irfan Afridi and his team at Jangal Khel Police Station.

The action was taken in response to complaints regarding the disruption of peace in the area allegedly caused by the gang led by the arrested individual. The suspect, identified as Qayyum Shinwari, has been implicated in multiple incidents involving the use of automatic weapons to intimidate and harm others.

During the raid, law enforcement officials recovered a Kalashnikov rifle and a substantial number of cartridges from Shinwari's possession. These findings further corroborate the accusations against him and highlight the severity of his involvement in criminal activities.
