On June 6, 2024, the Sargodha police carried out successful raids in various parts of the city resulting in the apprehension of 11 individuals suspected of engaging in criminal activities. The suspects, namely Inaam, Wasim, Rashid, Imran, Kamran, Suleman, Tahir, Kaleem, Wajahat, Nouman, and Khaleel, were taken into custody.
During the operations, the law enforcement officers confiscated a significant amount of illegal substances and weapons. The seized items included 2.6 kilograms of hashish, 1.3 kilograms of heroin, 345 liters of liquor, 12 pistols, four guns, 235 bullets, and 333 empty bottles. Additionally, various valuable items worth millions of rupees were also recovered.
