Nine people from Punjab killed in Balochistan attack

Nine people from Punjab were tragically killed in a violent attack near Noshki, Balochistan. Gunmen ambushed a bus on the Quetta-Taftan Highway N-40, abducting and subsequently shooting the passengers. The victims, all men from various cities in Punjab, were found dead under a bridge. In a separate incident on the same highway, another vehicle was targeted, resulting in one death and four injuries.

The bodies of the victims were transferred to Quetta, and authorities swiftly condemned the attacks. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the gravity of the situation, while Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti promised a firm response to terrorism.
