Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif promotes Chinese language in Pakistan

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the growing economic and cultural relationships between Pakistan and China, attributing it to the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He emphasized the significance of the Chinese language as a key factor in enhancing ties between the two nations. The United Nations annually observes the UN Chinese Language Day on April 20 to recognize the influence of Chinese literature and language on global culture.

The Prime Minister noted the increasing number of Pakistanis learning Chinese, which is facilitating stronger people-to-people connections.
