Princess Anne, sister of King Charles, discharged from hospital after sustaining a head injury from a horse-related incident. Recuperating at home, her royal duties are postponed temporarily.

Princess Anne, the younger sister of King Charles and the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth, has been discharged from the hospital after a five-night stay. The 73-year-old royal suffered a minor head injury believed to have been caused by a horse while walking on her estate in Gatcombe Park, southwest England.

Her husband, Tim Laurence, thanked the medical team at Southmead Hospital for their care during her brief hospitalization. Princess Anne, a former Olympic equestrian, sustained a concussion and temporary memory loss due to the incident.

Although initial reports indicated she was expected to make a full recovery, her upcoming public duties have been postponed. Unfortunately, this includes a planned trip to Canada. Princess Anne will be recuperating at home until her medical team clears her to resume her royal responsibilities.

We send our best wishes to Princess Anne for a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing her back in action soon.
