Women's University Swabi recently hosted a special event titled 'Kaka Meherbani, Khala Meherbani' to honor and appreciate its staff members from various roles for their hard work and dedication. The event, organized by the Youth Development Center and Directorate of Public Relations and Publications, shed light on the significant contributions made by employees such as Qasids, Naib Qasids, clerks, gardeners, carpenters, and security guards in the university's success.

Dr. Raeesa Bano, the Director of the Youth Development Center, highlighted the essential role played by non-academic staff, describing them as the backbone of the university. Dr. Sadhana, Assistant Professor of Islamic Studies and In-charge of the Faculty of Social Sciences, discussed the rights of laborers from an Islamic perspective, offering valuable insights to the audience.

The event also featured contributions from Dr. Umme Kulsoom, Director of ORIC, Quality Enhancement Cell, Dr. Saniya Zahra Ali, Director of Academics, Dr. Gulnaz, Provost, and Dr. Sana Ullah, Chairman of the Biochemistry Department, who shared their experiences and acknowledged the vital roles played by the staff members. A highlight of the event was a captivating dramatic presentation titled 'Life: Thorns for Some, Roses for Others,' performed by the Dramatics Society led by Waseem Khattak, portraying the challenges faced by workers and receiving accolades from the audience.
