CM Gandapur faces legal challenges over asset disclosure

The court requested a response from the ECP regarding the issuance of the notice, questioning its authority to demand asset details after the completion of the election process. The petitioner's lawyer argued that all necessary information was already available on the ECP website, making the notice redundant.
