Imran Khan engages in discussions with establishment and military officials

Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), recently engaged in discussions regarding the country's political landscape and the role of the establishment. During a conversation with journalists at Adiala jail, the former prime minister addressed various key issues.

Khan highlighted the removal of PTI leader Sher Afzal Khan Marwat from the party's core committee due to repeated policy violations. He expressed disappointment over Marwat's controversial statements about Saudi Arabia, suggesting the Kingdom's involvement in Khan's removal as prime minister.

Moreover, Khan disclosed his intention to correspond with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir to discuss the current political climate. Stressing the importance of a government based on public mandate for the country's stability, Khan emphasized the need to avoid military involvement in political matters.
