Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's legal battle over the Iddat case faces delays as the Islamabad court postpones the hearing, awaiting the written order from the IHC judges.

Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi's legal battle regarding the Iddat case faced another setback as the local court in Islamabad postponed their appeal hearing. The Islamabad High Court had instructed to conclude the case within 10 days, leading to the adjournment of the session until Friday. Present at the hearing were Khan and Bibi's legal representatives Salman Akram Raja, Barrister Salaman Safdar, and Usman Gull, who informed the court about the urgency imposed by the IHC.

During the hearing, Salman Akram Raja requested the court to schedule the next session for Friday. The judge mentioned a possible visit to the jail on that day and indicated that the hearing would proceed if the written order from the IHC judges is received by then. Otherwise, the hearing will be postponed to Saturday, June 15, to ensure a fair and thorough process without complicating the case further, especially considering the complainant's concerns.

This delay adds to the ongoing legal complexities surrounding Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's appeals related to the Iddat case. The next hearing is set for Friday, pending the awaited written order from the Islamabad High Court judges.
