Diriyah Co. collaborates with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to enhance Saudi talent in the built environment sector through comprehensive training programs and knowledge exchange, aiming to elevate professional capabilities and promote cooperation among industry experts.

The Diriyah Co. has recently forged a strategic partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from the UK to elevate the training and development of Saudi talent within the built environment sector. This collaboration aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise by creating comprehensive learning programs and fostering collaboration among professionals.

The memorandum of understanding, signed by Abdullah Al-Othman, Chief Human Capital Officer at Diriyah Co., and Belinda Howell, Executive Director of Regulation and Assurance Operations at the institute, is focused on strengthening the skilled workforce at Diriyah. Initially, the agreement will concentrate on training 15 Saudi individuals from Diriyah Co., with the potential for further expansion based on organizational needs.

The partnership will prioritize the training of young Saudi talents, mid-level management professionals (both Saudi and non-Saudi), and potentially senior staff members. Training sessions will predominantly occur in Riyadh through a mix of webinars and in-person classes to minimize disruptions to business operations. Moreover, international training opportunities will be offered as required.

This collaboration will encompass training and guidance in various areas such as cost and commercial management, project management, asset and facilities management, real estate advisory, procurement and tendering, business and budgeting, as well as cost control skills. Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Co., has expressed excitement about the partnership, underlining the significance of embracing global training standards to enhance professional capabilities and safeguard Diriyah's heritage.

Justin Young, Global CEO at the institute, has emphasized the commitment to nurturing cultural, economic, and professional advancement in Saudi Arabia through this partnership with Diriyah Co.
