ATC Grants Bail to Jinnah House Attack Suspects

An anti-terrorism court in Lahore has granted post-arrest bail to two individuals, Faisal Dar and Abdul Karim, involved in the Jinnah House attack case during the May 9 riots. The accused were required to provide surety bonds of Rs 100,000 each for their release on bail. This decision was made by ATC Judge Khalid Arshad after considering the bail petitions and arguments from both sides.

The Sarwar Road police had lodged a case against members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party for their alleged participation in the attack on Jinnah House, also known as the residence of the corps commander in Lahore, during the riots on May 9.
