Karachi Port Trust handles over 118,000 Metric Tons of cargo

The Karachi Port Trust (KPT) has successfully overseen the movement of multiple ships in the last day, with operations wrapping up at 0700 hours on Tuesday. During this period, a total of 118,534 Metric Tons of cargo were processed at the Karachi Port. This amount is divided into 44,552 Metric Tons of export cargo and 73,982 Metric Tons of import cargo.

This significant volume of cargo passing through the port highlights the crucial role that Karachi Port plays in facilitating trade and commerce in the region. The efficient handling of such large quantities of goods demonstrates the port's capabilities in managing maritime logistics effectively.
