RPO Capt Sohail Chaudhry Commends Lodhran Police

Regional Police Officer (RPO) Capt (retd) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry recently recognized the exemplary efforts of police officers in district Lodhran for successfully resolving a kidnapping for ransom case. The officers were awarded cash prizes and commendatory certificates in a ceremony held at the RPO's office.

The case revolved around the abduction of a two-year-old girl named Horain in Lodhran. The kidnappers demanded a staggering ransom of Rs 600 million from the family, prompting swift action from law enforcement. A specialized team, led by District Police Officer (DPO) Lodhran Kamran Mumtaz and comprising DSP Ishaq Sial, Inspector Zaffar Iqbal, and Inspector Raees Ali Ansar, was assembled to tackle the situation.

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the police team, the abducted girl was successfully rescued, and the culprits, identified as Zeeshan and Kamran, were apprehended. RPO Capt (retd) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry praised the district police for their prompt response and efficient handling of the case, emphasizing the importance of swift and effective law enforcement in ensuring public safety.
