This decision comes in light of recent allegations of 'interference' by security agencies in judicial matters, as highlighted in a letter by six Islamabad High Court judges.
The Supreme Court's larger bench is currently hearing the case regarding these allegations, with the BHC judges recommending legal action against those responsible for such activities. They have also proposed that agency representatives be barred from engaging in such practices and have suggested that complaints should be handled confidentially.
