Nasir Hussain Shah Revives Monitoring Cell in Sindh

After a decade-long hiatus, the Provincial Minister for Planning and Development, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, has announced the revival of the Monitoring and Evaluation Cell in Sindh. This decision comes following the directives of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto, signaling a renewed focus on overseeing and assessing development projects in the province.

Minister Shah emphasized the swift implementation of this decision, leveraging modern technology and artificial intelligence to ensure the efficient functioning of ongoing development initiatives. Preparations have been finalized to integrate advanced tools for monitoring and evaluating projects across Sindh.

Starting from May 1, the Planning and Development Department will conduct a comprehensive survey in all districts of the province. Minister Shah, in collaboration with the chairman of the Planning and Development Department, will personally oversee this survey to guarantee its effectiveness.

Nasir Hussain Shah reiterated the commitment to unhindered development in Sindh, emphasizing that any obstacles to progress would not be tolerated. Additionally, the monitoring of annual development schemes will be intensified to ensure their timely completion, further underscoring the government's dedication to advancing the region.

The reactivation of the Monitoring and Evaluation Cell in Sindh marks a significant step towards enhancing transparency and efficiency in the implementation of development projects.
