The meteorological department has forecasted heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds in several areas including Quetta, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Kalat, Zhob, Barkhan, Musa Khel, Kohlu, Sibbi, Loralai, and Ziarat. The department has warned of significant rainfall in most districts of Balochistan, urging residents to take necessary precautions.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti commended the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) for their efforts during a late-night online meeting. Bugti emphasized the importance of providing support to the people during challenging times, highlighting the government's commitment to assisting those affected by the adverse weather conditions.
