The management of Jinnah Garden Cooperative Housing Scheme in Islamabad has come under scrutiny for failing to provide possession of plots to 6,100 affected individuals. Chief Commissioner Islamabad and Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, expressed disappointment over the disregard of concerns raised by the affected individuals.

Despite fulfilling their financial obligations, the 6,100 individuals awaiting plot allotment have been left in limbo. In response to a directive from the High Court, a joint hearing was conducted involving all stakeholders, including the society's management and the Secretary Cooperative.

Initially, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had granted approval for the layout plans of phases one and two of Jinnah Garden. However, this approval was later revoked due to the scheme's failure to comply with the specified conditions.

Chairman Randhawa instructed the management of the housing scheme to devise a comprehensive action plan to expedite the process of granting possession to the affected individuals. He emphasized the importance of allocating specific areas for plot allotment to ensure transparency and fairness.

The delay in plot allotment at Jinnah Garden Cooperative Housing Scheme has raised concerns among the affected individuals. With the intervention of the Chief Commissioner and CDA Chairman, efforts are being made to address the issues and facilitate the timely possession of plots. It is crucial for all stakeholders to work together to resolve the matter efficiently and uphold the rights of the affected individuals.
