In a bid to ensure public safety, the district administration in Lahore has initiated a rigorous crackdown on unauthorized LPG outlets and small petrol stations across the city. Under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Rafia Haider, a targeted operation was conducted in various zones including Gulberg, Samnabad, Ravi, Allama Iqbal, and Data Ganj Bakhsh. The authorities took decisive action by closing down 10 shops, seizing 119 LPG cylinders, dismantling 9 weighing machines, four rifling machines, and confiscating one mini petrol machine.
