Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Dr. Nasir Mahmood Bashir has raised concerns over 582 missing mutations from the revenue record. In a recent virtual meeting, he strongly cautioned the Patwaris and Tahsildars responsible for the missing documents, warning of potential dismissal if the issue is not resolved promptly. Dr. Nasir Mahmood Bashir emphasized the severe consequences that revenue officials could face if found tampering with documents for personal gain.
