Lahore Pharmaceutical Companies Combat Tetanus Injection Shortage

Pharmaceutical companies in Lahore have taken proactive measures to combat the recent shortage of tetanus injections, a critical medication in preventing the bacterial infection known as tetanus or lockjaw. Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir announced that efforts have been made to increase production and distribution of tetanus injections, with over 20,000 supplies already delivered and an additional 70,000 vials on their way to Karachi. Additionally, 150,000 doses are currently being tested at NCBL, with hopes that this will alleviate the shortage once results are available.
