WASA Lahore Prepares for Weather Challenges

Residents of Lahore, Punjab, welcomed a much-needed respite on Monday as moderate rains and gusty winds swept through the city, bringing relief from the scorching heatwave that had gripped the region. Areas such as Multan Road, Gulberg, and Chauburji witnessed thunderstorms and refreshing rainfall, lifting spirits across the city.

The local government swiftly responded to the changing weather conditions, instructing WASA Lahore to maintain a high state of alertness. Under the guidance of MD WASA Ghaffar Ahmad, all personnel and equipment are on standby, with generators primed for operation.
