Balochistan Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has raised concerns over the surge in street crimes, particularly in Quetta city and various districts of the province. Addressing the pressing need for law enforcement agencies and district administrations to tackle public complaints regarding law and order issues, the Governor emphasized the urgency of curbing escalating crime rates.

During a meeting with Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Dogar at the Governor’s House in Quetta, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail reiterated a zero-tolerance stance towards any lapses in maintaining law and order. He underscored the paramount importance of bolstered coordination among law enforcement agencies to uphold peace and security consistently, ensuring the welfare of Balochistan's residents.

He issued directives to all Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) and Station House Officers (SHOs) to dismantle criminal networks, drug peddlers, and their cohorts within a week to effectively combat criminal activities.
