Pakistan Rangers Sindh and Police Crackdown on Criminals

In a collaborative effort, Pakistan Rangers Sindh and the Police have been actively conducting operations against dacoits and criminals in the riverine areas of Sindh. The recent operation, based on confidential information, resulted in the apprehension of 8 suspects from Kandhkot riverine areas.

During the operation, two SMGs, two pistols, a 12-bore repeater, and a motorcycle were seized from the suspects. These individuals were wanted for various crimes, including murders, attempted murders, robberies, and kidnappings for ransom. The suspects had been named in multiple FIRs across different police stations for their involvement in serious crimes.

The coordinated efforts of Pakistan Rangers Sindh and the Police also included the demolition of gang hideouts and the destruction of their bases. This operation signifies a significant step towards enhancing security in the riverine areas of Sindh, particularly along the Indus Highway.

Following the apprehension, the suspects, along with the confiscated arms and ammunition, have been handed over to the police for further legal procedures. Pakistan Rangers Sindh has reiterated its commitment to continuing such operations to ensure the safety and security of the region.
