Bengaluru faces water supply disruptions due to Cauvery Project

Residents of Bengaluru are currently experiencing water supply disruptions as a result of the ongoing Cauvery Stage V Project. The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BSWWB) has announced a 12-hour water cut scheduled from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. During this period, all pumping stations will be temporarily shut down, leading to a halt in water supply to the affected areas.

The local residents have been duly informed about this planned water cut, which was originally set for June 4 and 5 but has now been rescheduled to these dates. It is crucial for residents to make necessary arrangements to manage the temporary water shortage effectively.
