The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is taking a proactive step towards promoting a healthier lifestyle in Islamabad by introducing a series of complimentary yoga sessions. Starting from May 2nd, these sessions, organized by the CDA's Sports and Culture Department, are designed to enhance the city's fitness culture.

The yoga classes will be held at two key locations—the Multipurpose Ground in Sector F-6 Markaz and Mehran Gate near Baradri in F-9 Park. With timings ranging from 6 am to 8 am and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, the sessions are structured to accommodate various schedules, ensuring accessibility for all residents.

This initiative emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all ages and genders to participate, highlighting the CDA's dedication to holistic well-being.
