The Capital Development Authority (CDA) introduces a paid internship program for fresh graduates, focusing on practical experience and academic excellence to prepare young talents for successful careers.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched a new initiative to support fresh graduates in gaining practical experience through a six-month internship program. This program offers paid internships in various departments, aiming to equip young talents with the necessary skills to jumpstart their professional journeys in diverse fields.

As part of the program, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000 throughout the duration of the internship. To be eligible, applicants must have completed a four-year bachelor's degree within the last three years from a government-recognized institution, specializing in disciplines like Business Administration/Management, Marketing, and Computer Sciences.

It is important to note that only electronic applications will be considered via the provided link, and any incomplete submissions will be disregarded. Candidates who are awaiting their results are not eligible to apply, and applications submitted in person will not be entertained.

The selection process will prioritize candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds, evaluating their performance in SSC, HSSC, and bachelor's or equivalent exams. Additionally, an interview component will carry a weightage of 10 marks to further assess the applicants.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed through the CDA website, ensuring transparency in the selection process. While the internship program does not guarantee permanent employment or an extension of the internship period, interns are expected to adhere to CDA regulations regarding conduct and confidentiality.

Interested individuals have a 15-day window from the publication of the advertisement to apply online. It is important to note that no travel allowances will be provided, and interns can request termination with a 15-day written notice. Previous interns from the 2023 program are ineligible to reapply for the current internship opportunity.

The CDA's internship program presents a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and enhance their professional skills. By offering paid internships and emphasizing academic excellence, the CDA is committed to nurturing young talent and preparing them for successful careers in their respective fields.
