Faisalabad City Shaken by Recent Robbery Incidents

Two separate robbery incidents have recently rocked the city of Faisalabad, leaving residents shocked and concerned about their safety. In the first incident, a tragic event unfolded as a truck driver, Abdul Malik, fell victim to armed robbers. The unfortunate incident took place in the jurisdiction of Balochni police while Abdul Malik was returning from unloading cargo at a brick kiln. Despite his brave resistance, the bandits mercilessly shot him dead near Chak No 98-RB. The police have taken custody of the body and launched a thorough investigation to bring the culprits to justice.

In another distressing event, robbers targeted a house in the area under the jurisdiction of Peoples Colony police station. The house of Suter Mandi trader, Danish Junaid, in officers colony, became the scene of a terrifying ordeal. Four individuals forcefully entered the residence, held the family at gunpoint, and looted cash amounting to Rs 3.2 million, 215 tola of gold ornaments, watches, and other valuable items. Before fleeing, the robbers also took the CCTV system to evade identification. Prompt action by law enforcement officials led to the gathering of crucial forensic evidence at the crime scene. A case has been registered against the suspects, and intensive investigations are currently underway to apprehend the perpetrators.
