Abdul Wajid Shaikh, a former PCS officer at the BS-19 level, has been appointed as the Chief Inspector of Stamps at the Board of Revenue in Sindh. This appointment comes as a result of a vacancy that needed to be filled urgently. Shaikh, who previously served as Additional Secretary in the Home Department, will now take on the responsibilities of overseeing stamp-related matters within the Board of Revenue.

On the other hand, Shah Nawaz Soomro, also a former PCS officer at the BS-19 level, has been transferred from the People's Poverty Reduction Department to the role of Additional Secretary in the Home Department. This transfer marks a significant administrative change within the Sindh government.

These announcements were made through an official notification issued on Thursday, signaling a reshuffling of key positions within the government departments. The changes aim to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in the delivery of public services.

The recent appointments and transfers in the Sindh government reflect a strategic realignment of personnel to better address the needs of the public. By placing experienced officers in key positions, the government aims to improve governance and ensure effective implementation of policies for the benefit of the citizens.
