Street crime in Karachi, a major city in southern Pakistan, is becoming a serious issue. Recently, a police officer from Memon Goth police station fell victim to robbers. The officer was robbed of Rs80,000 in cash and his phone in the jurisdiction of Aziz Bhatti police station.

The incident was reported by Assistant Sub Inspector Tariq to the emergency helpline 15 Madadagar. However, the officer did not formally report the crime at the police station. Station House Officer Ayub Somroo confirmed the incident and mentioned that investigations are currently underway.
