The FIA presented the accused before the court, which approved a two-day physical remand for further investigation.

The arrested individuals include five revenue officers, an assistant manager, additional managers, six divisional account officers, and five commercial assistants and employees. The FIA had initiated a case against these GEPCO officers and employees for their alleged involvement in fraudulent activities.
