Lawyer Fatahullah Barki granted bail after assault charges

The Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has recently approved bail for lawyer Fatahullah Barki, who was detained on charges of assaulting Khawar Maneka. Despite spending eight days in custody, Justice Tahir Abbas Supra of the Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court decided to grant Barki bail, requiring a surety of 50,000 rupees for his release.
