LDA Demolishes Violating Buildings in Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) recently carried out a demolition operation in Lahore, targeting buildings that were found to be in violation of city bylaws. The operation, which occurred on Raiwind Road and surrounding areas, resulted in the demolition of 10 buildings. Prior notices had been issued to the building owners by LDA officials, informing them of the violations and the impending action.

Overseen by LDA Chief Town Planner Azhar Ali, the operation involved the use of heavy machinery, enforcement teams, and the Police to ensure the smooth execution of the demolitions.
