Explore the visa application process and requirements for Pakistani travelers visiting Turkiye, including health insurance and visa fees.

Turkiye has emerged as one of the top tourist destinations globally, attracting visitors with its rich historical sites, picturesque seaside resorts, and diverse entertainment options. Every year, a significant number of Pakistani citizens choose Turkiye as their preferred holiday spot. However, for Pakistani travelers holding ordinary passports, obtaining a visit visa is a mandatory requirement to enter the country.

Applicants from Pakistan must visit the Anatolia Visa Application Centers to initiate the process of applying for a Turkiye visit visa. The application process involves submitting various documents, including a bank statement, health insurance, photographs, fingerprints, ticket details, and hotel reservations. It is essential to note that visa fees are to be paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prevailing exchange rate set by the State Bank of Pakistan.

For Pakistani travelers, the embassy fee for a single-entry Turkiye visit visa is $60, while it stands at $190 for a multiple-entry visit visa. Considering the current exchange rate (1 USD = Rs280), this translates to Rs16,800 for a single-entry visa and Rs53,200 for a multiple-entry visa. Additionally, applicants are required to pay a service fee to the Anatolia Visa Application Centre, which amounts to $65 for a normal application and $80 for a VIP application.

Furthermore, all visitors are mandated to avail of the 'Türkiye Incoming Travel Health Insurance' for a duration of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. This specific travel health insurance, available exclusively at Anatolia Visa Application Centers in Pakistan, is a prerequisite set by the Embassy/Consulates of the Republic of Turkiye. External or alternative insurance policies will not be accepted.

It is crucial to note that the submission date of the visa application should align with the start date of the 'Travel Health Insurance.' Ensuring compliance with these requirements will facilitate a smooth visa application process for Pakistani travelers planning to explore the beauty of Turkiye.

With its enchanting attractions and vibrant culture, Turkiye continues to captivate tourists from around the world, including a growing number of Pakistani visitors. By adhering to the visa application guidelines and necessary documentation, travelers can embark on a memorable journey to Turkiye, experiencing its wonders and hospitality firsthand.
