PTI Core Committee Demands Immediate Justice for Imran Khan

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Core Committee has strongly criticized the prolonged delay in delivering justice to PTI Chairman Imran Khan and his wife. They denounced the transfer of what they deemed as a fabricated case to a new court, viewing it as a violation of their rights. Expressing disappointment over the slow progress of court proceedings against Imran Khan, the committee believed that he would be cleared of all false charges. The committee urged the Judiciary to uphold justice and the constitution, emphasizing the release of PTI Founding Chairman and his wife. They rejected the unconstitutional transfer of the case to a new court after its trial completion.

Furthermore, the committee condemned the treatment of Bushra Bibi by jail authorities and the government, citing concerns over her health. They demanded transparency in providing her medical reports and criticized the appointment of retired judges to election tribunals as unconstitutional.

PTI Core Committee also denounced the Chief Election Commissioner and commission members for biased decisions, vowing to challenge them both within and outside the Parliament. The committee approved the initiation of PTI's national membership drive.
