Under the directives of the Federal Ombudsman, Advisor Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi and Secretary Haroon Sikandar Pasha recently conducted an open court session in Jund. The purpose of this session was to listen to and resolve complaints lodged by the public against various federal institutions and officials.

During the session, community members raised concerns regarding services provided by entities such as electricity, gas, NADRA, State Life Insurance Corporation, Pakistan Post Office, and provincial departments.

Immediate actions were taken by the officials present to address the grievances. Instructions were issued to the relevant organizations to promptly resolve the issues highlighted by the complainants. Furthermore, surprise visits were conducted by Federal Ombudsman's office representatives to IESCO and NADRA offices in the area to ensure that the directives were being followed.
