HEC Pakistan Launches IPFP Program for Fresh PhDs

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has taken a significant step towards enhancing the quality of higher education and research capabilities in the country with the launch of the fifth batch of the Interim Placement of Fresh PhDs (IPFP) Phase-II program. This initiative, which began in January this year, aims to integrate newly minted PhD scholars into universities and research institutions to invigorate the academic environment.

The IPFP program caters to individuals who have recently completed their doctoral studies and those who are facing challenges in securing academic support and employment opportunities post-PhD.
