ICCI Event Condemns Vandalism, Supports Armed Forces

The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) recently organized an event to express solidarity with the Armed Forces of Pakistan and condemn the acts of vandalism that occurred on May 9, 2023. The event aimed to address the severity of the incidents that transpired on that day, which were viewed as a deliberate attempt to disrupt the country's progress and jeopardize its defense and unity.

During the event, Member National Assembly Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry strongly denounced the attacks on military installations and the desecration of martyrs' memorials, labeling them as reprehensible actions that stained Pakistan's history. He assured that the individuals responsible for these crimes would be identified and held accountable for their deeds.

President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, reiterated the business community's unwavering support for the government and armed forces in their endeavors to stabilize the country's economy. He expressed solidarity with the armed forces and condemned the vandalism that occurred on May 9, emphasizing the importance of unity in times of adversity.

Secretary General of the United Business Group, Zafar Bakhtawari, highlighted the resilience and unity of the Pakistani nation in the face of challenges. He emphasized that any efforts to undermine the country's integrity would not be tolerated, sending a strong message to the world about Pakistan's unwavering spirit and unity.
