IFC approves funding for PTCL Group acquisition of Telenor Pakistan

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) Board of Directors has approved funding for PTCL Group to acquire Telenor Pakistan, marking a significant development in Pakistan's telecom sector. PTCL Group recently signed a share purchase agreement with Telenor Pakistan to secure a 100% stake in the company on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
