Karachi School Assaults: Vigilance and Action Required

Recent events in Karachi have shed light on the alarming issue of attempted assaults on schoolgirls in various areas of the city. These incidents have sparked outrage and concern among the community, highlighting the need for increased vigilance and protection of young students.

In Orangi Town, a private school principal has been arrested on charges of attempting to sexually assault a 10th-grade female student. The principal allegedly sent inappropriate messages to the student and tried to assault her in his office. Thanks to the brave complaint lodged by the student's sister, the authorities took swift action and are currently investigating the matter.

Meanwhile, in the MalirJafarTayyar area, three individuals were apprehended for attempting to assault a schoolgirl and recording the incident. The suspects not only threatened the victim but also intended to share the video, leading to charges of attempted assault and extortion. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the suspects had the incriminating video on their mobile devices.

Prior to these incidents, another group of suspects in the same MalirJafarTayyar locality were detained for a similar crime. The victim managed to seek refuge at a friend's house, only to face another group of boys attempting to assault her and film the despicable act.
